He has decades of experience in providing invaluable solutions to a multitude of domestic and international clients. His expertise in search and recruitment has played a pivotal role in Madison-Davis’s success within the Equipment Leasing and Finance sectors. Prior to founding Madison-Davis, Ian was Division Manager for Wells Management Corporation in New York City and earned an MBA from George Washington University.
