Dana joined Horizon Hospitality Associates in June of 2006 as a regional recruiter. Dana previously had a successful career in the hotel industry. Upon proving his abilities in hotel sales, he progressed toward management. He led the staff of a variety of properties from limited-service Hilton brands to independent, boutique-style, luxury hotels. These opportunities gave him experience in rebranding, opening, renovation, new construction, procedure development, marketing, and staff development. Dana approaches recruiting from the standpoint of helping people create a better life. Dana attended Western Kentucky University and lives in Overland Park, Kansas, where he enjoys life with his wife and two children.
