Margareta Glass began her career in the late 80s at Estée Lauder Cosmetics in Munich. In the mid-90s, she joined the Executive Search industry. Initially, she was with Heidrick & Struggles. In 2014, Margareta Glass joined Signium Munich as managing partner. Today, she also holds the CFO position of Signium Germany. She looks back on many successful years as a partner in leading executive search companies. Her customers include international corporations, medium-sized and family-owned companies. She specialized on retail, consumer goods, and real estate management, gaining many years of expertise, having completed numerous management assignments throughout Europe: In every industry, she can prove placements in central positions, as in general management, marketing / sales, purchasing and logistics, manufacturing, finance and expansion. She focused on the areas of retail (food/non-food) and FMCG; in particular in the food and distance selling companies, e-commerce with innovative multi-channel approaches, retail companies with subsidiary concepts, store-concepts as well as in the implementation of vertical systems. In the real estate business, Margareta advises investors and service companies as well as real estate companies. In addition, she works for municipal, cooperative and free housing associations.
