Heather Fine, a Partner with In-House Counsel Recruiting, is a seasoned search consultant who specializes in placing attorneys within in-house legal departments throughout the country. Heather handles searches ranging from Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel positions to corporate counsel roles in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, higher education, not-for-profit, healthcare, consumer products, telecommunications, retail, technology, pharmaceuticals, professional services and financial services. Over the last several years, Heather has led and managed searches for public and private companies of all sizes (including several within the Fortune 500) and also partners with her colleagues in EMEA and APAC on searches at every level. In addition, she has authored articles related to the legal search field and also speaks regularly at conferences and on panels on related subjects. Heather is a passionate advocate for increasing diversity within the legal profession and is a member of MLA’s Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Leadership Council. Heather’s extensive recruiting experience identifying top talent at the executive level allows her to excel at matching her clients with the best candidate for their unique opportunity. Outside of work, Heather enjoys running and Pilates and loves to travel whenever she has the chance.
