As there is no university for head hunters in the Czech Republic, Jiří graduated in Biology and Geology. He has dedicated his entire professional life to Executive Search. In addition to his experience in the HRDepartment of an international industrial group, he spent 13 years working for one of the leading Executive Search companies in the Czech Republic, which specializes in search and selection of managers and experts for international clients. Despite starting as a generalist, his main focus has gradually shifted to the Industry and Manufacturing sector as well as to German-speaking clients. Besides his native Czech, Jiří also speaks fluent German and English.
