Erika graduated in Interpreting and Translation and began her career in 2009 at Mega HR Consulting Group, where she supported consultants in recruitment activities and office management. Since 2012, she has worked in the Recruiting Department of Agilium Worldwide Italy, where she is still involved in executive search projects. Since 2014, she has also worked as a Consultant at Talent4People, managing Search & Selection projects. Erika has developed solid and extensive experience as a Recruiter in Executive Search projects and as a Consultant in Search & Selection assignments.
