Mr. Macke provides buy-side services focusing on quality of earnings, quality of revenue/customer analysis, and net working capital, as well as analysis of cash flows and financial statements, and identification of value opportunities and deal issues. On the sell-side, he assists in preparing companies for the sale process and maximizing value. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Macke worked at PwC in Chicago. Mr. Macke earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
