He moved into Executive Search and Selection over 15 years ago and has managed extensive international search campaigns across a number of sectors. Mike now leads a number of specialist teams at CSG, covering Technology, Speciality Chemicals, Power & Renewables, and the Oil & Gas markets. Under his direction, the teams he leads encompasses consultants dedicated to specific market segments within their industries, allowing them to become experts in their particular market.
