Markus Mayer-Lempas has been a partner of SHIKAR GROUP Deutschland GmbH since May 2024. After successfully completing his education as a banker and his studies in economics, he initially worked for several years in the sales of capital goods requiring technical explanation. Since 2012, Markus has been working in recruitment; first at a specialized boutique consultancy and for the last ten years as Head of Continental Europe at an international recruitment consultancy. His career has focused on filling management and specialist positions, primarily in the areas of sales, marketing and purchasing for clients from a wide range of industries, both nationally and internationally.
