Andrew is a principal at True focusing on the Healthcare practice specializing in C-level and go-to-market searches. He has expertise nationally within the VC/PE community along with publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining True he was with Korn Ferry and worked in their professional services and global technology industry practice. Andrew started his career in search at a boutique Boston-based executive search firm focused in health tech and digital health, where he spent over six years conducting C-level and SVP/VP searches along with commercial expansions.

Andrew is a graduate of University of Maine at Farmington with a business psychology degree and was a member of the men’s soccer team.
