He is focused on the acquisition of top talent in a variety of functional areas at the C Level, VP, Director, and Manager levels. Kyle specializes in identifying the unique needs of each client to build long-term business partnerships. He first seeks to understand each client’s business strategy which allows him to bring value far beyond executive search. Kyle received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University In his free time, he enjoys reading, personal development, and traveling with his wife.
