Eduardo Taylor is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners as a member of the Industrial and Manufacturing practices. An expert in working with Mexican family-owned businesses, Eduardo is a seasoned multinational executive search consultant with over two decades of experience placing executives in global and regional companies. His primary focus is in the Industrial and Consumer Products markets where he has completed searches at the most senior levels, including CEO and Board of Directors. He has also worked with clients on succession planning and management assessment.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Eduardo was a Managing Partner with Caldwell and CTPartners based in Mexico, where he had numerous successful placements. In 2011, he founded Taylor Consulting, a search firm specializing in talent-related executive consultancy for Mexican conglomerates and multinational corporations. Previously, Eduardo spent 15 years as a Partner at Korn Ferry where he served as the Managing Director of Mexico during the final six years.

Eduardo received his BA in Administration from Monterrey Tech. He has also pursued post-graduate studies in Mexico and elsewhere and received a degree from Harvard Business School’s “Leading Professional Service Firms” program.

He has led the Mexican introduction of “Leadership Talent Solutions” and handled worldwide projects for industrial companies and Mexican conglomerates.
