After completing my education at the Hotel School, I worked in the hospitality industry for several years. Following this, I held several roles as an account manager, culminating in a journey through South America. Upon my return, I began working in recruitment and have been with YER since 2024. I am, as they say, a people person with a good listening ear. From this perspective, I always strive to find the best match for both the professional and the organization. It is crucial to ask the right questions to truly understand the needs of both parties. Additionally, it is important to ensure proper expectation management is communicated and upheld. As part of the Construction department at YER, I am primarily responsible for the contracting sector in Eastern and Northern Netherlands. I am pleased to assist the following specialists in finding new opportunities: work preparers, estimators, supervisors, structural engineers, project leaders, project managers, and modelers.
