A seasoned and strategic talent sourcing specialist, Natalia is focused on aligning our clients’ needs and core position competencies with superior and hard-to-attract candidates. Natalia has project managed numerous assignments and delivered top talent across all disciplines including: Asset Management, Investments, Finance and Accounting, Development, Property Management, and Operations. Natalia works closely with the Partners and provides guidance to Associates on every search to ensure that all avenues have been researched, passive candidates are reached and a strong shortlist is developed. Natalia brings creativity, diligence and a strong understanding of the real estate candidate market to each and every mandate. Prior to joining the firm, Natalia spent several years in the hospitality industry where she held various roles in revenue/yield management and operations for a large international hotel operator/asset manager. Natalia received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and had the opportunity to live in Cannes, France during a semester long international exchange program. Natalia is fluent in Spanish.
