I have had a varied career as a senior manager (to Assistant Director level), trainer and consultant in the charity, social enterprise and local government sectors, leading multi-disciplinary teams, pitching for large contracts and advising a range of organisations and their leaders on issues of governance, policy and strategy. As a social enterprise founder I have also undertaken community building, social media management, fundraising and marketing. My key skills are in leadership training and facilitation, business modelling, writing strategy and conducting qualitative evaluations. My background is in youth justice and community safety, but I have also gained recent experience in early years, SEN, sustainability and HIV+ services.
