As an advisor to CEOs and boards of directors, he also counsels clients on private to public transitions, as well as on acquisition due diligence and integration.

Throughout Ben’s career, he has managed treasury, tax, audit, corporate insurance, legal, human resources, information technology, and investor relations activities for companies in the pharmaceutical, insurance, banking, manufacturing, and technology industries. His expertise also includes managing corporate investments, compiling SEC filings, identifying and negotiating mergers and acquisitions transactions, and implementing internal control policies to improve efficiencies and reduce risk.
