Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Rahul was working with Korn/Ferry International's New Delhi office and supported the firms' Industrial markets. He has managed a number of assignments for Automotive Manufacturing, Power & Energy and Capital Equipments sector. In his earlier role, Rahul was Principal Consultant with Ma Foi Global Search Services in Delhi and headed their search practice for Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate for the country. He also helped set up the Singapore subsidiary of Ma Foi and incepted the recruitment and Search practice for Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors for the APAC region. The stint in Singapore gave him an excellent exposure to cross cultural sensitivities and international practices.
