Marilyn Hackney is Vice President of Executive Search Partners (ESP) and has over 25 years of experience in Executive Search and Human Resources. She has played an integral part in building ESP from its early beginnings to what it is today. Marilyn focuses on all facets of the business managing research, operations, human resources, and finance for ESP. Marilyn’s energetic, direct, and professional approach has enabled ESP to consistently be a top-rated executive search firm in southeast Wisconsin. Marilyn received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and is also a Certified Behavioral Analyst. Marilyn loves spending time with family, friends and her new grand puppy, Stella. She also enjoys golf, fitness, and creating amazing works of art. Marilyn is an active volunteer and serves on the Women’s Board of Directors and membership committee at Westmoor Country Club.
