Paul has enjoyed 30 years working in PLCs, in Private Equity, and in founder-led businesses. His last c-suite role was as a Chief People Officer, but much of his career has been focused on turnaround, transformation and M&A (although he started life in audit!). He has worked in UK and international roles serving consumers, businesses and governments across many sectors. For the last few years he has been working independently, advising Boards and CEO’s on the people and culture agenda. Paul prides himself on finding creative, commercially sound solutions to organisational challenges and his straightforward and uncomplicated style cuts through noise and politics, making him easy to engage with. One of Paul’s main passions is supporting organisations and initiatives designed to tackle bullying. He loves all animals, especially his dog and finds walking him along the beach the perfect way to relax.
