Santina previously held roles in talent acquisition with companies such as Illumina, Riot Games, and Disney, where she partnered with business leaders to cultivate high-performing teams. Known for her resourceful and consultative approach, she has successfully managed complex, high-stakes searches, demonstrating creativity and perseverance to deliver tailored solutions. She specializes in engineering, marketing, operations and leadership roles, offering a strategic perspective informed by deep market insights. She began her career at Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn/Ferry International, working across their New York, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles offices. Her diverse experience spans industries including technology, media and entertainment, consumer packaged goods, gaming, and biotechnology, as well as corporate officers and not-for-profit sectors.

Santina holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Babson College and a Grand Diploma of Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center. Her entrepreneurial mindset and diverse background enable her to navigate complex organizational needs and drive meaningful results.
