Marie has been a Partner with Amrop since 2003. She has substantial industrial, retail and FMCG experience as an employee and as a consultant. Her previous career spans industries such as PLM (Rexam), Tetra Pak and Alfa Laval; Retail with IKEA; and FMCG with Mars, where she held HR positions with international responsibilities.

For four years Marie worked very successfully as a consultant within international management development for several listed companies, through which she also has gained strong experience from Asia and Russia.

Both with Amrop and before, Marie has conducted management audits internationally and she is part of Amrop's core group for Leadership Assessment.

Marie Högstedt uses a global working platform and she also manages several clients and key accounts globally.

She holds a BA in Psychology, Economics and Law from Lund University, Sweden. She has completed a leadership development program at IMD, where she also has had the responsibility of co-developing a program for Amrop University.
