Paola is a principal in True’s Energy Transition & Industrial Practice and based in New York. Prior to joining True, Paola worked at Russell Reynolds Associates. Since joining True, Paola has executed searches across multiple functions with a primary focus in CEO, Board and CFO roles for VC/PE-backed and public companies. Paola obtained her Bachelor of Arts in foreign affairs and religious studies from the University of Virginia.
