Throughout her career, Sharon has held prominent leadership roles in public and private higher education institutions and leading community-based nonprofits. Her diverse range of experiences equips her with the expertise to assist clients in assessing their specific requirements and identifying opportunities. Prior to her tenure at Spelman Johnson, Sharon served as the interim provost and senior vice president at Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame where she provided temporary leadership and oversaw the academic operations of the institution. Additionally, she served as the vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty at Marymount Manhattan College, and dean of the College of Arts & Sciences at Widener University. These experiences have contributed to her extensive knowledge and expertise in higher education administration and leadership.
