Joana is part of the Leadership & Talent Strategy team as an Associate Consultant. She began her career in consultancy at a Junior Enterprise where she worked as a Project Manager and Operations Consultant, having previously worked in the hospitality sector. She has a degree in Hotel Management and is currently completing a Master's degree in Business at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
