Biography
Ana is a Portuguese senior HR consultant with expertise in governance, rule of law and justice, health, equality and diversity, public financial management, revenue and taxation, statistics, trade facilitation, private sector development, investment and PPPs, climate change and water sectors. Ana has 20 years international experience in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa in HR consultancy assignments for government, multilateral and inter-governmental institutions, non-profits and for purpose organizations. She brings extensive experience in providing strategic and operational HR advice to clients, including workforce planning, HR strategy and policies, organisational design and development, recruitment, talent management, performance management systems, L&D, and institutional strengthening initiatives. Ana joined Oxford HR in 2017 and has been working on senior-level appointments, unique combination skills and hard-to-fill roles in Asia and globally as well as on HR consultancies for key clients. Ana holds a Master’s in human resources management and development, focusing on International Development, from the University of Manchester (UK) and she is MCIPD accredited professional with CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personnel Management) in the UK, a recognized HR certification worldwide.
