Laurence Madiot graduated with a Masters degree in Communications and Marketing from the french business school. She has acquired professional experience in marketing, communications and digital marketing in several countries. Laurence has lived and worked in Italy, the United States and France. She began her career in the printing industry for Usiplast, a subsidiary of Arjo-Wiggins, where she took care of the Italian market and the luxury packaging market in France (initiating the first packaging in polypropylene for the perfume Chevignon). Before moving to the United States, she was Account Manager for Dupont Performance Coatings France. In the United States, she created her own communication agency, and collaborated with leading industry names such as Beneteau (for the elaboration, design and monitoring of their e-communication from 2005 to 2012). Back in France, passionate about intercultural relations and leadership, she graduated from the DESU of Professional Coaching at Aix–Marseille University. As a Coach, she currently accompanies people during their career transitions at IAE Aix-en-Provence within the Executive MBA “Change & Innovation”, and at Openclassrooms. She also performs coaching and mentoring missions for Skilfi. Pragmatic and creative, Laurence especially enjoys being involved in companies in motion, and allowing leaders and their teams to move forward. Laurence joined Alhambra International in 2018, where she conducts recruitment and leadership assessments of senior-level executives for national and international clients.
