Peter Mansell-Jones

Peter Mansell-Jones is a seasoned executive search expert specializing in the global asset management industry. With nearly twenty years of experience, he advises clients on talent acquisition in investment, distribution, and management roles.

He has extensive experience leading exclusive mandate recruitment assignments across a wide range of asset classes, strategies, and geographies, and collaborates with leading global asset managers, alternative investment firms, and institutional investors. Peter brings in-depth knowledge of the evolving challenges facing the sector, including product innovation, distribution transformation, ESG integration, and the increasing intersection of investment and technology.

Peter currently focuses on collaborating with clients in London, Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, advising them on the recruitment of senior executives, including C-level executives, investment managers, portfolio managers, distribution professionals, and functional specialists in areas such as data science, machine learning, and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining S+A, Peter spent nearly four years establishing and leading the executive recruitment department at an international financial services firm. Early in his career, he co-founded a specialist executive search firm in London, where he built and led the Asset Management practice. He also held a position at CTPartners in London, specializing in asset management mandates, and began his career at a specialist recruitment firm focused on financial and professional services globally.
