Steph is an associate in True’s Healthcare practice and alumni of True’s 2021 analyst program. Prior to True, she graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (honors) in management. Her personal and professional life are harmonized by her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Alongside her search work, she is a core member of True’s Mosaic ERG, with the mission of empowering, igniting unique growth opportunities and elevating the voices of True. In her free time, she enjoys all things yoga, food and dance. She currently lives in Philadelphia and works out of True’s Haddonfield office.
