He continued his knowledge of Recruitment and Human Resources Consulting by joining Korn Ferry Professional Search, for 6 years as Director for South France and at the same time, by opening the Geneva and Zurich offices in Switzerland. Subsequently, he joined a major entrepreneurial project with Manpower Group and the development in the Regions and then across the entire territory of Experis Executive, the Group's premium brand. After 7 years at Manpower Group, he supported the reconstruction of Mercuri Urval France, an emblematic brand positioned in Executive Search worldwide, for more than 3 years. In 2023, Jean-Christophe joined forces with a team of ambitious, recognized, and passionate entrepreneurs to create and develop W Executive, specializing in Executive Search and Human Resources Consulting. The challenge, the desire to undertake, to build and develop cohesive and high-performing teams, and to shake up the market are the primary markers of his decision to join W Executive. As a responsible leader, he ensures the development of his employees and contributes to the achievement of the company's objectives by bringing an innovative, agile vision focused on human values.
