María led the launch of the Santiago, Chile, office. Previously, she worked with the Argentina team as a Senior Associate. Since May 2013, she has been a Partner at the firm, leading the Chilean operation and specializing in Executive Search for the Strategy, Finance, and Supply Chain areas. He leads Valuar's Financial Department and contributes value propositions to the business in process improvement, focusing on developing agile, high-performance teams.
