Steen has more than 25 years of experience in strategic recruitment of top executives and board members, executive coaching, establishment of global assessment centers and development and implementation of national and international projects. Steen has a yearlong background from an international consulting company from which he has gained solid insight in most knowledge-intensive trades and industries. For many years, Steen has been the preferred sparring partner and adviser of senior managements and boards of privately- and equity owned and listed companies. He holds an MA and a BSc from Aarhus University and has completed a number of qualifying national and international continuing education courses.
