In 2009, Max Meyer joined the newly founded executive search consultancy MEYER UND SÖHNE as a working student while completing his high school diploma. After graduating from high school, he spent some time in Los Angeles as an assistant to the managing director of a renowned sports club. He then gained further experience at MEYER UND SÖHNE as a research consultant while still studying . After completing his business administration degree at the University of Greifswald, he joined Odgers Berndtson, one of the "Big Six" global executive search consultancies. At Odgers Berndtson, he quickly advanced in various roles from associate to team leader for the German manufacturing practice, making him one of the youngest team leaders in the company. In 2022, he returned to MEYER UND SÖHNE and today conducts search mandates for clients from the industrial sector. He also heads the company's in-house research department.
