Mr. Lacayo has over 25+ years of both external and internal strategic change management consulting experience. Rudy has provided both advisory and tactical change management services to marquee clients such as: Amazon (AWS), Alphabet, Oracle, Citibanamex, Disney, Edison, Nike, Gap​ Inc, Kaiser Permanente. He is passionate about coaching individuals and teams. Rudy is a certified executive coach earning the designation of Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CCPC) and is a member of ICF - International Coaching Federation. Rudy is currently on the board of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) SoCal chapter. Prior to Korn Ferry, Rudy was a Partner and Change Management Practice Leader with RGP. He has worked with consulting firms IBM, PriceWaterhouse & Accenture Interim Director of Org Effectiveness @ Edison. Co-led the establishment of an enterprise change office function within HR servicing all lines of business on major transformational work. Rudy received a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, from the University of California, Berkeley. He also atteneded the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Policy, Princeton University and is Certified in Change Management Professional - CCMP. Associate Certified Coach - ACC, Prosci/ADKAR Certification and Co-Active Professional Coach - CCPC.
