Piotr has significant professional experience mostly in the financial industry and HR consultancy sectors. From 1998 to 2004 he held roles such as a Regional Director and Development & Training Director at a Swiss insurance company. As the Head of the Training Department at International Zepter Poland, he developed the system of trainings for sales representatives. He is a certified Insights Discovery coach. In his career, he conducted over 100 training sessions in management, negotiations and sales techniques. In 2006 he became a Managing Partner for Financial Markets at IRC Poland (HRK S.A.). Currently at IRC Poland, he recruits candidates for senior positions for many prestigious financial institutions and corporations as well as coordinates recruitment processes in areas of financial markets, FMCG, retail, legal, SSC/BPO, finance.
