Christian Heiberg has 20 years’ experience in management consulting, international sales and market management, and strategic consultancy – both nationally and internationally. His experience encompasses B2B and B2C, covering numerous sectors and different ownership structures. The bulk of his international experience has been in China and Northern Europe, and has included roles such as executive director, sales director and director of business development/M&A for companies such as HÅG, Kavli, Deloitte and Nordic China Advisory AS. He also has experience with business start-ups. ​ ​ At Visindi Christian works in executive selection and consultancy for larger and smaller companies. His particular area of expertise is working with companies undergoing growth that need to either strengthen an existing position or establish themselves in a new market. He is an experienced organizer of business and organizational processes as well as a reliable strategic adviser at executive and board level. ​He trained as a business economist at Copenhagen’s Business School and has a Master’s in Business Administration from IESE, Barcelona, with a specialization in strategy and management.​
