Karen brings with her 20+ years of executive search experience predominately in the software development and technology industries. Karen was a former Partner with the Huntington Group and concurrently a Partner and Co-Founder of Interactive Technology Consultants based in Trumbull. Both firms were acquired by Hall Kinion, Inc in order for them to develop a national retained search practice and further build a technology consulting presence in Connecticut. For the last 5 years, Karen specialized in sales, account management, and recruiting in the Enterprise Performance Management space for a prior client’s consulting firm.

At Club Thinking Partners, Karen focuses on candidate research and development and assists in the overall search process.

Karen graduated with a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.
