Jonas Hedin is the managing partner of Coleman Lew Canny Bowen. In addition to leading and executing searches across a wide array of industries and functional areas, Jonas manages the team of consultants and associates across the firm. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Jonas spent over four years in the recruiting and leadership development field with boutique firms in the Charlotte area. During his tenure with Sherpa’s Human Resources division, he focused primarily on senior-level recruiting and served some of the Charlotte area’s largest employers. He also has experience as a professional golfer, having played six seasons and over 65 sanctioned events across the world as both a European Tour and PGA Tour member. With three professional victories under his belt, his favorite course is Castle Stuart Golf Links on the Scottish coastline near Inverness. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte – where he was a three-time Academic All-American – with a BS in business administration and managerial leadership, Jonas served two terms on the board of directors of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce and on the board of Let Me Run, a national nonprofit based in Charlotte, NC. Currently, Jonas serves on the Council of the Americas for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). He and his wife have one child.
