Wes Washington is the Founder and Managing Director of Boaz Partners. He spent 6 years learning the recruiting business in a firm owned by his late father, Russ Mountain. The recruiting industry aligns well with Wes’s goal of helping others reach their personal and professional goals. Having a passion for leadership and leading others, Wes focuses on the leadership level of organizations to fulfill his desire to positively impact organizations. Wes spent 8 years learning how to serve, educate, and promote businesses in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. The insurance business provided a vast exposure to different industries. The experience translated well to the recruiting business by providing an understanding of the many forms of manufacturing. Wes is a proud graduate of Auburn University where he studied Economics in one of the most accomplished economics departments in the U.S. He spent several years in Tennessee where he met his wife before returning to Georgia. He and his wife, Tricia, are proud parents of 3 sons and a daughter who follow their father’s passion for the outdoors.
