Emma has over 10 years experience in sales and business development. Her career started out working for some of the big corporates before she made the move into recruitment back in 2015. Since then Emma has been focused on recruiting Temp/Contract workers across both white and blue collar roles in NSW. Emma joined ACRWORLD to further enhance our capabilities with our engineering consultancy clients. We have been recruiting for engineering consultancies in the built environment since 2001, predominantly for permanent roles. Emma is busy developing the contract side of our business. She is developing talent pools of drafters and engineers whose preference is to work on a temp/contract/casual basis. With engineering being a project driven environment, it makes sense to factor part of the workforce in on a casual basis enabling to scale up for peaks in the project demands without the long term commitment to full time employment.
