Biography
Renée Davadi works in executive selection and consultancy. She has a talent for getting a message across and easily establishes a good dialogue with people. Renee has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with an international and intercultural specialization, from Sør Trondelag University College. Alongside her full-time work, she is is taking a Master’s in Public Administration at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim. In the spring of 2020, in addition to her full-time job, she completed a master’s degree in public management and leadership – Master of Public Administration at NTNU, Trondheim. The master’s thesis dealt with how the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act on public list of applicants affect the recruitment of top executives to the public sector. Renee has five years’ experience in different roles at the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV), where she worked on mapping, guidance and case handling. At NAV she was also an initiator of and key contributor in a mapping project and an ensuing reorganization, which helped increase efficiency, enabling users to start work and become active more rapidly. She has always worked alongside her studies, and this has given her good all-round experience and insight. Her social work training has given her valuable skills and insights into human behaviour. Another distinguishing quality is her curiosity about people; she is a person who investigates and challenges in a well-intentioned way. Renee is an analytical, enquiring and articulate adviser to colleagues, clients and candidates.
