Orazio Stella is a Director at Stanton Chase Italy. He has also held positions like Senior HR Manager for Southern Europe with Guidant Corp./Abbott Laboratories, HR Director and Board Member for Netsystem, HR Director at Xerox Italy, and Country HR Manager for Societe Generale. In the latter part of his career, Orazio transitioned to executive management. He assumed the role of Cluster Managing Director (MD) for Maersk, overseeing the South-East Mediterranean region from Cairo. He later served as the Central Mediterranean Cluster MD based in Genoa. Following these roles, Orazio accepted the CEO position at MarTer Neri, a private equity-owned company focused on terminal management and land transportation. He continued his leadership journey at the Ambrogio Intermodal Group, a company specializing in rail and land logistics, where he took on the responsibilities of Group CEO, managing operations in Italy and Western Europe. In 2021, Orazio branched into consultancy, joining a boutique firm with a sharp focus on logistics and transportation. In this role, he was involved in delivering services and managing several projects for private equity funds, leveraging his deep industry knowledge. Orazio holds a Law degree from the Università Cattolica di Milano and an MBA from Strathclyde University Business School in Glasgow, UK. His educational background complements his extensive professional experience, enabling him to offer strategic insight and leadership in his field.
