Amanda joined Hanover in 2016 and is a Senior Associate within the business, working closely with partners across the group on retained search assignments. Amanda provides research expertise and headhunting solutions to attract candidates for senior level roles across Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management, Technology and Health and Wellbeing markets. Additionally, she has a particular interest in and knowledge of workplace pensions and also runs senior assignments across this market. With over a decade of recruitment expertise and an earlier career within financial services, Amanda provides a real depth of knowledge and people expertise to any search. She is passionate about delivering results to secure the best talent for clients, whilst helping candidates take the next step in their career.
