Upon graduating from university, I was eager to make my mark in commerce and embarked on a career in executive search in early summer 2008, just as the global financial crisis was beginning (remarkable timing!). Nearly two decades later, I am now a Partner at Savannah Group, specialising in CFO appointments for private equity and venture capital-backed organisations. My career has been driven by a deep fascination with the inner workings of businesses. In my current role, I have the privilege of working closely with clients, gaining invaluable firsthand insights into the diverse challenges business leaders face and witnessing how these challenges evolve over time. This hands-on experience allows me to understand the nuances of each organisation and deliver tailored solutions that address their unique needs.
