In his time working in agencies, he quickly learned what makes talent successful in these high-growth organizations. In his most recent role, Spencer partnered with big brands, delivering exceptional media talent. He is drawn to recruiting because of the opportunity for meaningful connections with people and helping them find solutions for the next steps in their career. Spencer is bilingual and spent a year living in Mexico City. In his free time, he can be found cycling, playing tennis, and reading his favorite Sci-Fi books.
