Maria Eugênia Bias Fortes is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. She has over 12 years of experience in the executive search industry specialized in top-level roles in the Consumer, Retail, Education and Life Sciences, Board and Executive Coaching practices. Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Maria Eugênia was a Partner at Odgers Berndtson. Previously she was a partner at Spencer Stuart, where she worked for 7 years. Before becoming involved with Executive Search, her career was developed in marketing and communications. She worked as a Marketing and Corporate Communications Director for several financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, Caixa Econômica Federal and Banco BMC. She was also a Product Manager for Varig (Brazilian Airlines) and for a law firm, Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão. Maria Eugênia has a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Foreign Trade from UNA in Belo Horizonte.
