Over the past 15 years I have had the privilege of carrying out various assignments at a wide variety of companies Extremely curious about personal development and people's motivations, I read my first book on leadership at the age of 16. Although I regularly needed my grandmother to explain various parts of the book. It interested me immensely. Choosing an HR education was therefore an easy and obvious choice. During the education I immediately felt fascinated and attracted to the recruitment profession, in which I also obtained my diploma. A great time and a bull's eye. The choices after that all felt very logical; learning the profession at a large party. As soon as I had done that, I knocked on Novesta's door at the age of 26. The social involvement, the freedom for entrepreneurship, the level of positions and the experienced consultants; everything came together and it was therefore an exciting but convincing choice. Over the past 15 years I have had the privilege of fulfilling various assignments at very diverse companies and I have been given the confidence to support some organizations for a very long time in the development and composition of their company, management and/or executive team. Something that I still get a lot of satisfaction from to this day! In the meantime, I have been associated with Novesta as a long-term partner, I am married to a wonderful woman Monique and have two beautiful daughters. I prefer to spend the weekends enjoying life with friends, the BBQ or in the woods on the MTB.
