Biography
Aleen Bayard brings to Furst Group’s clients a unique blend of academic and consulting experiences related to leadership development, team effectiveness, cultural change, communication and general change management strategy. Aleen is an expert facilitator working in a variety of environments including team building, executive retreats, leadership meetings and individual coaching. Her strengths include: System/organizational diagnostics Assessment analysis Program design Communication & messaging Group facilitation She has partnered with executive teams at Allstate, Feinberg School of Medicine and Northwestern Memorial Faculty Foundation, among others, on a variety of initiatives related to strategy, physician leadership, and professional development activities. She also has facilitated leadership meetings for the American Hospital Association’s Society of Healthcare Strategy & Market Development (SHSMD) and the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Annual College of Deans program. Aleen is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University. She is certified in DiSC, Hogan and Barrett index tools as well as HumaNext’s Emotional Intelligence and Critical Conversations training modules. Aleen is currently a PhD candidate in a doctoral program in Values-Driven Leadership. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Change from Northwestern University; a Master of Journalism from Columbia University; and a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. She recently completed a Certificate in Leadership & Sustainability Management from University of Chicago’s Graham School and is designated as a LEED Green Associate.
