Trudi is a Principal with the Professional Services & Financial Officers Practice at Savannah. She brings over six years of experience working in Executive Search and Talent Mapping. She has supported large private and public multinationals and a range of organisations in FTSE 100 and 250, working across the UK, US, Europe and the Middle East. She also has strong experience working with PE and VC-backed businesses, in varying funding and investment stages. Born in Spain to Scottish parents and moving frequently across the UK, I went on to graduate with a degree in English Literature and Literary Studies from the University of Glasgow. Returning to London, I secured an internship position with Savannah over the summer before joining the business on a Graduate Placement and then as a Research Associate. I developed across the business in a range of functional and sector practices, gaining great early exposure to the international markets, in particular with the US and Middle East. I have a good generalist background placing senior executives, across the Finance, Technology, HR and Commercial space and have taken on mandates from across a multitude of sectors, including FMCG, FinTech, Insurance, Automotive, Retail, Media, Sports, Aerospace and the Third Sector, working with multinational PLCs, high growth SME’s and VC/PE backed start-ups.
