"After studying business administration, I gained extensive experience in management positions in a large family-run retail business. In addition to my operational management roles, I had the opportunity to support major change processes, digitize business processes and inspire the organization to embrace new approaches. I have been part of the Headgate team for many years now and support large family businesses in filling key positions - both in retail and in the industrial and mechanical engineering sectors . I have now successfully filled well over 150 positions. In addition, I lead the Headgate Consulting team and thus have the opportunity to actively change the HR consulting industry through new methods or process innovations. I like to spend my free time with my wife and two sons. Trips together, especially hiking in the mountains, are particularly popular. But regular jogging in the forest or training sessions in the gym also keep me fit."
