Hugo joined Amrop in 2006, and is currently responsible for the Leadership Services practice and the business segment of Professional Services (Strategy, Operations/ Performance Improvement, Human Resources & Information Technology Services).

He also specializes in leadership development in the context of Executive Coaching.

Hugo started his professional career in 2002, as HR Consultant for Training & Development and Assessment.

He holds a degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Lisbon and the Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, University of Reading (UK).

He is fluent in Portuguese (native speaker), English (bilingual proficiency) and Spanish (professional proficiency).
